About Sidewalk Foodies Cabo
Let me tell you something — I didn't start Sidewalk Foodies Cabo because I wanted to run a business. I started it because I can't stop talking to people, I can't stop laughing, and I definitely can't stop eating.
Born and raised in Mexico, I've spent over 30 years in hospitality, making people smile, telling stories that make them laugh until their stomachs hurt (and then filling those stomachs with the best food in Cabo). My friends say I never met a stranger — just someone I haven't shared a taco with yet.
This tour isn't something I read about in a manual. It's my life. Every street we walk, every family kitchen we visit, every joke I crack — it comes from a genuine love for this city and its people.
When you join me, you're not getting a tour guide. You're getting a new friend who happens to know where all the best food is hidden.

Absolutely! We walk through well-known, safe local neighbourhoods in Cabo San Lucas. Your guide knows every street and every vendor personally. We keep groups small so everyone stays together and comfortable.
The tour covers about 1.5–2 km total over 2.5–3 hours, with plenty of stops for eating, drinking, and taking photos. It's a very relaxed pace — think strolling, not hiking. Comfortable shoes are recommended!
Yes! Families are absolutely welcome. Kids love the food, the colourful streets, and our friendly mascot. We adjust the experience to make sure everyone has a great time. Children under 5 are free.
We can accommodate most dietary needs — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, and more. Just let us know when you book and we'll make sure every stop has something delicious for you.
We keep our groups small — between 1 and 15 guests — so the experience feels personal and intimate. Private tours are also available for special occasions.

Cabo has over 300 sunny days a year, so rain is rare! But if weather is an issue, we'll work with you to reschedule or adjust the route. Many of our stops have covered areas too.
The meeting point will be sent to you after you book your tour. We sometimes adjust the starting location based on group size and the specific route for that day.
Nope! Everything on the tour is covered. However, if you want to buy extra items from vendors or leave tips, having some Mexican pesos on hand is nice but not required.
